The Challenge
TelyAI needed a flexible scaling system for their application. Due to the nature of their work, tasks could enter the system simultaneously, causing overloads. The lack of effective scaling led to failures: the system stopped processing requests and would shut down, resulting in financial losses for the business.
Our Solution
We implemented a solution based on GCP + Kubernetes + KEDA, enabling both horizontal and vertical scaling, which fully resolved the issue of sudden load surges. We configured the necessary metrics and integrated a CI/CD pipeline using GitLab + Helm to ensure fast and seamless code delivery to production.
