The Challenge
GPX faced infrastructure issues, including service disruptions, security vulnerabilities, and overall instability. Their infrastructure had been built a long time ago and had not been maintained or modernized for years.
At the same time, their business required 24/7 uptime, and development was quite active, though CI/CD was either completely absent and handled manually or inefficiently implemented.
Our Solution
We immediately got to work and introduced key tools such as Docker, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI. We identified and fixed major security vulnerabilities in their system and significantly optimized AWS costs.
For staging and production environments, we deployed Kubernetes and implemented autoscaling, which greatly improved product quality from a user perspective.
Additionally, we integrated Teleport, securing internal services behind it to enhance security.
